Screenshot Help

It will always be saved to your user data folder, within the screenshots folder. You can change the location of your user data folder from its default location amongst your 'My Documents' folder though, under 'Preferences'.

I took a screenshot of the relevant section in the 'Preferences' menu and drew a red box to highlight it:

If by that you mean direct screenshots to a folder outside of the 'Football Manager 2009' user data folder, then no you cannot. Screenshots taken with the 'alt-f9' function will always be saved to the 'Screenshots' folder within the user data folder.
