In need of a new stadium

Hi guys,

I've got a bit of a query and thought this would be as good a place as any to ask it!

I'm currently playing as Eastleigh. I've had two promotions from the BSS into League 2, and now my average attendece is about 10 people below the maximum capacity. I've requested for the stadium to be expanded and the response is that there is no room so I will not get permission from the council. Fair enough.

I've read that you can get a new stadium built, but only if you have a gigantic bank balance, which I obviously didn't have. In desperation I've done a bit of *cough* tinkering to give me such a balance, but there is still no sign of a new stadium. I've requested to expand the current one in the hope that this triggers the process but still just get told no.

What do I need to do to get the new ground built?

If you didnt mind doing the tinkering to give you a nice balence then im sure you wont mind using FMRTE to tinker the capacity of your current stadium, you can even change the name if you want to

If you use the data editor though don't you have to re-start the game? 3 seasons into it I don't really want to have to do it all again.

FMRTE is not the data editor. It is a real time editor that allows you to edit the database you are playing.

There's a difference between the bundled data editor (that only works when you start a new game) and a real-time editor such as FMRTE.

With something like that (or FMM) you can make changes to your current game on a whim.
