scholesy555 Posted March 17, 2009 Share Posted March 17, 2009 Hi Last week i had to have my computer wiped an rebooted losing all my prev FM09 saves!! I installed FM again this morning activated it fine and had a quick game, I go to play again this evening and im redirected to Steam saying I need to enter my activation key. Did that i then got the error saying the key was already active, i then downladed the fix file unzipped it clicked Launcher as it said entered my prodoct key and it said the game is now active. I click my FM09 icon and I again end up with Steam loading up, then SoftAnchor again asking for my Product Key, I enter it again and what do you know it says my unlock key is already active! Clean reinstall, will mean uninstalling the current installation and starting again. That way the Uninstaller should remove all the files and any corrupt files allowing you to start a fresh, if you have any save games or graphics (kits, logos etc) move them to a safe place before uninstalling just in case.
