Apologies if I offend but could it be an oversight on your part and the wording was "unbeaten in their last 11 meetings with your side" or something to that effect? If it is truly "unbeaten in their last 11 games" then yes this would be a bug and something worth reporting in the Bugs Forum, along with the savegame uploaded onto the ftp site.
