jags365
Right, I'm 52K per week UNDER my bugdet, yet when I want to sign someone I can only offer up to 18K a week. Is there anyway to make it so I can increase this? My assistant also advises that this player should be "signed at any cost."

jags365
Change his status to be higher (Eg, Backup -> Rotation -> First Team -> Key Player) It was at key player. I still could only offer 18K despite having so much more available. And no, I wasn't in contract talks with 8 other players.

jags365
Change your wage budget. I'm already got 52K a week left over and I can't increase it anymore. I take it I may just need to accept I will not be able to sign this player? Thanks anyway guys.
IcarusAbides
I believe the wage you can offer is also dependent upon how much your club value the player and how much they are willing to offer.
fatboyjohnmulhern
I have always thought it was closely related to finance of the club and reputation. So right now you can only offer a maximum of 18k but say, being promoted with a bbit more turnover, it could increase to 20k. Just be patient, it will come, or move clubs lool
phnompenhandy
What's your current highest earner on? Could be your board has a wage structure in place.
