Amaroq Posted March 16, 2009 Share Posted March 16, 2009 I fully agree. It makes sense even if you watched the original foul in Key or Extended Highlight mode. The replay of the penalty is rarely interesting to me, knowing how it turns out. However, seeing the foul would help me judge whether or not I'm upset about it or whether it was justly given. Eventually, I'd hope the penalty replay becomes a "behind the goal" cam, once the 3D view is good enough to warrant such close scrutiny of the players. The highlight was: Free Kick, from exactly on the edge of the box, left edge, 16y from the byline. Free kick taker took it direct, curled it outside-in around the wall, bang in off the far post, goal. I'd have loved for that highlight to be longer: showing the build-up, who committed the foul, and whether there was controversy about it being a penalty or not.
