Learning from experienced players without tutoring

Recommended Posts

I don't know if this already happens a not but surely you shouldn't have to have young players be tutored by an experienced player to learn from them.

They can learn stuff just by watching him in training and how he acts and maybe act on their own intative, e.g. ask a player how to do a certain move or tips on running channels etc.

Just seems clusmy right now and a bit stupid that it has to be one on one.

You can also argue that they receive training from professional coaches... it's just an extra and they might learn the preffered moves or get some changes in attitude which they won't receive through regular training.
