kevt81
I know that this attribute helps with a players recovery from injuries and ability to cope with fixture congestions but can anyone tell me whether a high value in natural fitness helps a player to carry on playing at his peak longer than a player with a low value? Does it help stop his physical stats dropping quickly especially when a player is in his 30's?
arsenal_2111
I would think that having high natural fitness would be one factor in having a long career, but not the only thing. Personality must have something to do with it, someone determined is more likely to play for longer than someone unabitous. Took a while, eh?

kevt81
I have been told that a frequent, well admired user of this forum (not arsenal) should answer my question. That person please step forward.
khriztian
Natural fitness plays a key role in the longevity of physical attributes. Players with low natural fitness experience dramatic decreases in their physical attributes after 28 years old. (Professionalism, determination, ambition, injuries and paying minutes are also factors in the longevity of physical attributes and the other attributes).
