IcarusAbides
First Post, woot. I'm currently chaves (portugese third league team), i managed to get them promoted to the league vitalis (portugese second league) i am lying in third atm and hope to be promoted this season to the first division. My question is regarding playmakers, i know that some players in their description show up as playmakers but can any player be a playmaker for the team and if so what attributes do they need to be a playmaker or do they actually need to have playmaker in their player description. Cheers for any help.
GimmeTheBall
Passing obviously, also technique, creativity, flair, dribbling a little and a decent first touch. That's what I find most valuable and they don't have to have playmaker in their playmaker description but it's better than not having it.
IcarusAbides
I was just worried that my low quality players wont be able to be playmakers, thought they may need to be of a higher quality to do so. btw red nose day is awesome
Ivera
I always have a look at the decision stat, I think that's maybe the most important stat for a playmaker.

IcarusAbides
I once used riquelme as a playmaker while at liverpool, he was useless for some reason, shame cos he was invaluable for argentina a few years back in that role.
