When playing overseas do you....

Firstly a question. Do foreign players still understand you even if they don't know English? I know they can't communicate with the team as well but what about the manager?

On that note do you change your nationality or second nationality to give you the language of the country you're playing in? Was thinking about playing in South America n it just crossed my mind lol.
