TheMafia Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 I have looked through the relevant threads to try and find answers but I have run out of options to consider! I am in my third season at Cardiff City and in each of the previous seasons I have finished just outside the play-offs. I have just started season four and I am in 22nd position with 5 draws and 4 losses to my name. Coupled with a poor end to last season I have now gone 14 games without a victory. - The majority of my players have been at the club > 1 year so language issuies shouldn't be a problem - My tactic hasn't deviated erratically as it has done me well over the last few seasons - I have only added 2 players to the first team in pre-season with a few < 20 year olds added to the reserves - Squad morale is generally quite high in relation to the circumstances What else can I do to help raise the squad harmony - is it because I just can't buy a win at the moment?! There are suggestions and hints and tips in this thread. There are many other threads that have covered this issue, do a search for "squad harmony" and you'll find the advice you need.
