Pexa
On my Birmingham City game (1st season 9.3.0), under my player profile pages, I don't have the option to discipline my players. I don't have drop-down menu (for example unprofessional behaviour...), just one option (no action) which is greyed out. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance! Mike7077
Unless the game thinks the player has done something to be disciplined for, I don't think you get the option.
ftg87
AFAIK, you aren't able to discipline players whenever you feel like it, you only get the option to do so when they have done something worthy of discipline
Mike7077
Sometimes I wish I could discipline players for poor performance, but I can't.
ftg87
Sometimes I wish I could discipline players for poor performance, but I can't. Same here, especially when one of my defenders spoonfeeds the opposition's attackers a goal.

Äktsjon Männ
It's stupid that it has been changed to work like that. If I feel like fining them it's my decision and then it's up to me to face the consequences. I don't need the game to decide for me whether something's worth the fine or not. KingLara
Äktsjon Männ Couldn't agree more. Especially when you see a reson to warn or fine someone but still cant. In the famous championship manager 01/02 you could disapline someone at anytime you liked.

Next offer he would go

Next offer he would go I would imagine that is one of the reasons it is no longer possible to do so, IRL no manager would get away with fining a player just because he wanted him to leave the club
KingLara
Eboue has just got a 5 for me. Scored an OWN goal in a game that finished 0-1 yet i can't fine or even warn him.

stevio11
I have players who are trying to get themselfs transfered by speaking to the media all the time and I can't even say something to them. I hope this is sorted for FM10.
