The reputation of U18 can not change, can it?

During my playing, I find the reputation of U18 team is unchangeable.

I think it is a big obstacle to train a youngster.

I choiced a lower club at very beginning. Seasons later, my team come to top league. But I find the reputation of U18 is 500 still! Why? It's unfair!The reputation of first team is already 9744 now. It's weird that a world famous club has a rubbish U18.

Who can tell me how to change the reputation of U18? Thanks at forth.

the club as a hole counts. your u18s use your top of the range training facilitys dont thay & beleive me even if your u18 had a rep of 3000? players would still not want to join for 1 reason.... no1 wantss to play in the reserves.

& if its a b or c team then tell the bums to start winning stuff.

I know one rule, when a player joins a club with low reputation, his reputation will be cut down slowly, during his playing for this low reputation club.

Then, here problem is come, When I buy a good youngster with high reputation, I put him in my U18s, his reputation will be destroyed because of the low reputation of U18s.
