Jay-Producer
Simple questions I always ask my players not to dive in on tackles but is it useful to get your defenders to do this as a preferred move?
PaddyBrophy
I would say no, purely because Paul Scholes has it as a preferred move, and we all know what he's like!
La Furia Roja
id say no too, you would probably end up with a player always getting booked and giving alot of free kicks/penalties away
Kickballz
I'd be very careful who you ask to learn it. Obviously asking a player like Scholes, who can't tackle to save his life, would be a bad idea. I have a model professional CB with high tackling and low aggression who dives in and he makes countless saving tackles, so it can work with the right player. SSGTroyer
As with almost every PM, it has it's advantages and drawbacks. The right PM for the right player, as others have suggested, can have a great impact. The wrong PM can also have great impact, just not in a positive direction.... phnompenhandy
As said in the last 2 posts, it's only good if the player is an excellent tackler, NOT like Scholsey!
