oTRUTHo
well lets put it into % if hes only playing in the reserves then hes going to get better 20% if he plays in the 1st team all season hes going to progress 100%. i sent a youth player to west brom in the premiership & he played all the time for them. when he came back he had wonderkid status & his stats were more than double off when i sent him? chrisy
so what age shud they be playing first team football??
Stevicus
Introduce them to first team a little bit at 17/18, unless they are playing really well they should not become a regular until about 19. Domestic cups are a chance to give them a run out and see what they can do
