How to make players coaches

Giggs is calling it a day and i wanna offer him a coaches job, but i dont seem to be abble to do it:thdn:

You could've told him that he'd make a good coach, that sometimes convinces players to take up coaching when the retire. Other than that, it's fairly random.

I have done on 3/4 occasions tad annoying, as think he would be a great coach.

I've tried many times telling them they would make a good coach, and despite them saying they are considering it, they all retired from the game.

that the problem i have

You got to do it once the player reaches 30. Then form 30 - retirement age (depends on the player), you say that he'll make a good X(whatever) once every 2 months.

The player will start off saying that he's only interested in concentrating on playing. Soon comes something along the lines of "Thinking of taking up the possibility of X".

Then he will go through "looking at taking up X", might be one more (cant remember) he will say "definately taking up X". Thn once he retires he will be whatever you asked him to be.

One qeustion i have is will it benefit the players staff abilities in any way if i KEEP saying that "player Y will make a good X" to said player? I.E will it boost any stats
