International management

I think it is more difficult in FM2009 to get manage international team, that in FM2007-8, cause I have applied plenty of times for Bangladesh, Kirgizstan, Thailand and Palestine (I have downloaded all avaible players from almost all nations - it took like a week) and never been accepted. If you manage a lower team as I do, you have no chance even for nations with lowest world rating, I think

That's a fair point, and wouldn't you say that that's more realistic? I would.

yeah i personally think getting an international job is fairly unlikely if you are in a lower league with a low reputation.I would think you need to be in highest leagues of the top countries and with a decent reputation unless you actually start a game as one of them

Odd that - I'm obscure and managing Togo

oh well you were lucky there maybe its because togo are one of the more superior countries and they dont look for a manager at the highest level

Sure it is MORE realistic, but in previous versions the game would bring anyone to manage USA ( for promotional reasons I suppose), but anyway, I think everyone want to manage international and it must be more likely to get a job

... and I still have unproven reputation after 2 seasons, so my chances are.. like zero?
