Queen of the Stevenage
This is the first time I've ever come across 4-2-4 from the very outset! Luckily, due to much tinkering with previous formations, my main tactic saw me through 8-3. I'm just wondering what happened when anyone else encountered it from the outset? Bongo-Bongo
In FM06, I played in the Uruguayan leagues, starting in the second division. Many of the teams would line up with a 4-2-4 from the offset. Needless to say, even with a fairly poor side, I didn't find winning the league too hard.

Tim Madisun
I'm sure that a couple of the League 2 english teams use 4-2-4 from the outset. From what I can remember they were easy to beat with some counter attacking footie. I suspect you would be truly beaten if you tried that in the premiership on the game. medo24
On my Man Utd save, Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink was manager of Celtic and then Arsenal and he also played 4-2-4 all the time but he could never beat me
