Player language question

Ok, I have created my own database where my own Euro league consisting of the best European teams replaces the English leagues. I am managing Valencia who are made up of mostly Spanish players.

Now because the team is based in Spain but playing in the English leagues, if i sign a couple of English players, will they have trouble with the language barrier or will the Spanish players?

Also, will the Spanish players try to learn English?

Yeah I should, thanks but also I was wondering about it in the normal unedited game aswell.

For example if I had a team full of spanish players in an English team, with one English player, would the English players have trouble communicating or would the Spanish players?
