J.W.
i myself make sure that all of my signings have a scout report that says "would fit in well" as i dont want the dressing room harmony disrupted. i went against this once when buying srna in january (my first major signing). i knew he would have to adapt but his quality got him the number 3 shirt at liverpool! since then i have had many problems regarding him e.g. him not being happy with my teamtalks, regreting moving clubs etc. i still have him because he is one of my best players, but i have never signed someone like him again! how much do you pay attention to whether a player fits in or not, and have you ever thrown awaylots of money on a player like this? Stevicus
They eventually adapt. Takes time, everytime he has an outburst about unhappiness, fine him.
J.W.
yeh i gave him a warning 1 time, but he was a lot of trouble for what he was worth, and i kept having to think carefully about what to say to him, as he clearly doesnt react the same as the rest of the team
Stevicus
Sell him, there are plenty players who could play for liverpool in his position, he may be good, but in the end he will disrupt the harmony of the squad, you dont want that ruining your title chances
heathxxx
Normally I'll look to sign players with characters similar to those already at the club, thus easing their settling into the squad. It can restrict me from signing players who "might" be very good and problem free, but I prefer not to take any chances.
