Strikers and yellow cards

This could well be my first ever closed thread because I'm not sure if this kind of thing is okay for a new thread, but we'll see.

Basically, I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed a large increase in yellow cards and strikers going back to hardly ever scoring? I'm noticing both. I don't think I've played enough yet to claim anything conclusive, and the strikers in particular could just happen to have hit a bad run of form. But it's not just my team that's seeing their strikers struggling for goals since the patch, while midfielders across the game seem to be scoring a lot more goals.

Am I the only one seeing these things?
