HELP! plz urgent!

steam downloaded the patch 9.3 for me and now everytime the game loads up the sponser icons such as "kick racism out" and the psorts interactive sign that comes up at the start as the game loads up can barely be seen. it is jsut a dark blue outline. then once i am on the main page i click new game and it loads up the page but stays on the new game page...my mouse is able to click the leagues but i cannot see the leagues as the page stays on "new game, load game, load last game" page. what is the cause of this as it has started ever since i got the new patch. ive uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues to persist. plz help

Clearing the cache should fix this problem. How to:

Windows XP:

C:\Users\<User Name\App Data\

Vista:

C:\Users\<User Name>\App Data\Roaming

Once you can see inside those folders delete the Sports Interactive Folder.

If you can’t see those folders you will have to make “Hidden” files viewable.

For Vista:

In a window, go to 'Organize'->'Folder and Search Options'->'View'-> and select 'Show hidden files and folders'.

For XP:

Make sure you are able to see hidden folders:

When in a window, go to 'Tools'->'Folder Options'->'View'-> and make sure 'Show hidden files and folders' is selected.

that still doesnt fi the problem the logos still only see a blue outline and wont let me see any of the pages

Are your graphics card drivers up to date?

well it worked fine for patch 9.2 so everything on that side is in working order

how am i able to tick the reload skin if i cant see it to tick?

Try skipping that step, deleting both the cache and settings folders, and loading up the game. If that doesn't work, repost the problem here.
