craiguk88 Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Just wondered if anyone knew why you can't sign a player on a short term contract until the end of the season after you get past the january transfer window? I have noticed it in all previous versions aswell but its seems a tad unrealistic as in real life especially lower league teams sign alot of unattached players on short term contracts to assess there ability before signing them onto long term contracts. Currently if we added short-term contracts like this it would severely slow down the running of the game (due to the AI being far more active with free players etc), so at this stage for the general gameplay element of the game it is not included.
