Bardia
Normally, the first thing I do when I take over a club is fire all the expensive staff... for example, an assistant paid $15,000 a week when I could get one for $1,000? I did this to try and reduce the massive part of the wage budget that I *thought* they were taking up. So a while ago I realized that they didn't actually take any of the wage budget- which is frustrating because I've passed up numerous "better" coaches because I thought they had wage demands that were too high. So my question is, does the game even take into account staff wages and the difference to expenditure?
Bardia
Does anyone know?
thegaffer91
I think that althought it doesnt seem to take wages away from your wage budget, i think that it will be included in expenditure in the finances section.
Bardia
That's what I thought. But wouldn't it make sense to include them? I mean, if your club's in a bad financial position and you were told to reduce the wage budget, it's not just players that take up wages.
thegaffer91
It probably would, especially considering that compensation for bringing in staff comes from your transfer budget. ill be honest, i dont know why they arent included
