I was always under the impression they changed because they are rated in comparison to the other players in the match and, as they haven't been on the pitch as long as the others and hence tend not to be able to make as big an impact, that their rating dips accordingly. And vice versa, ie if they were better than the other players they go up a little. Is that just another of my FM delusions then? :confused: Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
