Bolton Posted February 27, 2009 Share Posted February 27, 2009 I started the game a few days back. Before I could start playing my 1st friendly match I got Robbie Keane and Reina injured. Lucky for me Reina injury wasnt serious. However before I could even kick start to my BPL more and more players start to injured. Tactics Due to injuries I tried alot of different tactics for my friendly matches. I found the 1st tactic I used against Crewe which got me 8-0 was good but when I started to use it for BPL they simply sucked. Nearly drew in the 1st match with Stoke. Surprisingly Im not sure how they hell they won Man Utd. Whats wrong with FM 09. I tot it is a promising game with the 3D and all. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bolton Posted February 27, 2009 Author Share Posted February 27, 2009 They have been ups and down here are the games I played so far Friendlies vs Crewe 8-0 vs Westerio 2-0 vs Mouston 2-0 vs AA Gent 2-0 vs Cardiff 4-0 vs Linfield 5-0 Champ League Qualifying vs Brann (Away) 2-0 BPL Stoke 1-0 Blackburn 0-0 (nearly lost) Chap League Qualifying vs Bran n(Home) 1-0 BPL Fulham 3-0 Arsenal 2-1 (Won from behind) Champ League Grp Stage Marseille 4-2 BPL Wigan 4-0 League Cup Man City 4-1 BPL Sunderland 2-1 (Won from behind) Champ League Grp Stage Fenerbahce 3-2 (They got infront of me twice) BPL Man Utd 2-0 Hull 2-1 Aston Villa 1-2 (lost) Champ League Grp Stage Villarreal 1-1 (Last min Draw) BPL West Ham 2-0 I noticed my lone striker cant even score. Im playing 4-2-3-1. most goals come from the 3 attacking mid. Mainly Babel, Dirk Kuyt and Gerrard. Bolton Posted February 27, 2009 Author Share Posted February 27, 2009 Due to the lost of a right winger in the early of my game. I brought Ryan Flynn a young player from the reserve squad. He played quite well for me. Hence sometimes I allow him to play along side Alonso as a replacement for Mascherano. Should I look to sell Mascherano off in the coming transfer window? As I said I brought Ryan Flynn to first team but he cant last a full game only half game. After that his condition dip drastically. Do I train his stamina?
