Shortlised Players With -9 and -10 PA

These shortlists include all of the young players with -9 and -10 Potential Abiltiies. This basically means that every player with the potential to become a world class player is found on these shortlists. The players found on the -10 shortlist are the ones with a higher potential.

The players on the -10 shortlist will have a potential ability of somewhere between 170 and 200 in game. The players on the -9 shortlist will have a potential ability of somewhere between 150 and 180 in game.
