Download it from the BitTorrent website (http://www.bittorrent.com/) & run the installer after it's finished downloading.

Once you have downloaded Bittorrent, go to the thread with the patch links, click the torrent click and it should automatically open up bit torrent and ask to confirm the dl, then it starts

Im using rapidshare atm, getting 200kbs so might be worth trying that
