The_Redeemer
Playing as Barnet, newly promoted to L1, against Watford in a FA cup tie. My attacking corner is cleared by a Watford defender. I have one defender back even though my instructions to two of my players are 'back if needed'. My lone defender covers the forward who the ball is cleared to. The other Watford striker is a good 15~20 yards ahead of my last defender before the ball is played to him. Obviously he scores easily. I've only been following football for 3 years although I feel I know what constitutes offsides this confused me since there was no call. I didn't save the game and replayed the cup tie. Same thing happens again. Can anyone confirm whether Watford is indeed offsides or perhaps a bug. Tried to search the bug forum but did not see anything. madmac111
The player is not offside because he is in his half. A player is not offside in their own half. Fact
BigRedMart
He would be offside if he was not in his own half.
ivod
In the second pic, the Watford player is inside his own half. You cannot be offside in your own half therefore the right call was made. EDIT: Beaten to it

R-dizzle
Should tell your defense to play a little deeper or tell some to stay back for set pieces so this doesn't happen again
