And at the moment I am really into managing Hucknall Town who must be one of the 'worst' teams in the game (no money, small fan base etc etc) but thats the challenge that they are one of the worst. Usually I'd improve the squad with released/free players and most of the time get promoted in my first season. This time though I have updated the squad with the Editor to give me the most current true to life squad (eg introduced Walters brothers etc). And guess what there playing cr*p! Just like real life! Although I am 21st on equal points with Vauxhall, while the real Hucknall are rock bottom. Doesn't matter what I do, including mirroring the 'real' 3-5-2 formation, I am struggling and my job is on the line. Just shows me how realistic FM can be!! Loving it!
