Returning to an older patch?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my message, but I wondered if anyone knows if its possible to return to an older patch. I have 9.2 but I would like to return to 9.1, don't ask why! If it is possible please could someone explain how I can do it?

I think you would have to uninstall everything then reinstall the game and then download the 9.1! If you've got a save game then not sure if it would be backwards compatible or not!

Save games are not backwards compatible.

The only way to revert to an old patch is to uninstall the game and reinstall it.

Personally I'd just wait for 9.3.

iirc on some previous versions of FM you also had to remove some registry settings before you could downgrade it, otherwise you could uninstall the game, but then installing a older patch gave a problem or so.
So I still do this, but am not sure if I have to.
