MagnumPI
I thought i would start a game in the lower leages and fancied my chances in the BSS. So I decided to start as Havant and Waterlooville. A couple of months into the job i thought i would have a change of staff and promptly sacked the coach. My thinking was to get a better one. I promptly found a worthy replacement only to be told that the transfer was cancelled as the board didnt think i needed another coach !!!! Im a bit stuck now as i have no coach !! Any ideas?? Lazylen
There is none.... if your board doesnt want one...you dont get one.... Its prob because of the div and finances of the club....once they improve youll get new ones... i had the same thing at marine...only had 1 GK coach and 1 scout....wouldnt even let me have a Physio But then i got promoted to the BSP and all of a sudden im allowed 3 coaches, 4 scouts and a physio...WHOEHOE

Jack Rudd
You could hire a player/coach as a player only, then give him a new contract as a player/coach. That seems to work.
