Question about Assistant Managers.

I've been letting my AssMan handle my press conferences for the most part now. It's becoming pretty mundane and I just don't feel like doing it anymore unless it's for a big match.

My question is, is this hurting my team? He's doing a good job I think... my form hasn't slipped that I've noticed.

Also, will this increase the liklihood of him getting attention from other clubs to become the manager?

You can find out if its having a good effect by either reading the last sentence of the news article that gets put up about the conference or by clicking on the PR boxes in your squad list. As for your second question I'm not sure.
