PureForce Posted February 19, 2009 Share Posted February 19, 2009 i was wondering if there was any scope for new teams to become rivals for example, man utd and arsenal are now rivals, yet 10-15yrs ago they werent, the rivalry has come about because of the recent improvement in arsenals team and the fact they won the prem a few times how do some teams get new rivals over a few years in the game when they are always fighting it out for the championship each year etc? Last time I bothered checking was on FM06, and it was happening there too. It does take a long time to happen, as it rightly should. for example, man utd and arsenal are now rivals, yet 10-15yrs ago they werent, the rivalry has come about because of the recent improvement in arsenals team and the fact they won the prem a few times Arsenal and Manchester United have been rivals for a long time.
