Lazylen
Nowadays in the 3d mode i use the widget Motivation to see who is playing motivated and who isnt. Its handy, so you know in half time who is nervous and who is playing with confidence. But there is also a phrase i dont understand and therefore dont know how to solve it. 'looking complacent' Is it good, bad or normal?...I assume bad because its in red But what do I tell those players at half time or at full time...do i need to get angry with them...or supportive in a 'have faith in ability' kind of way? Do i praise em? I mean whats the deal with complacent, because I dont get it
Taver
if a playing is looking complacent i think he needs a reminder he's there to do job, so its bad in my oppinion, so i would tell him he needs to prove a point or perform beter this half. Trux
Yeah its bad. He is likely to make a mistake. Depending on his personality you need to either get the hairdryer out and throw teacups at him or put your arm around him and tell him you miss him and can't wait for the next 45 mins to be up so you can go eat candy floss together. MaTToo7
Complacent - contented to a fault with oneself or one's actions; "he had become complacent after years of success"; "his self-satisfied dignity".
