Trouble at Man Utd

ok so i started a save with man utd only loading England's league two and above

first year i did ok : unfortunately i lost the European super cup and the community shield but i won the club world championship and the premier league

second year : it was a good start winning the community shield in front of arsenal, then i only got my hands on the fa cup and came 3rd in the league

I'm so devastated because in the second season i couldn't find the right tactics for the team, the game got to my nerves really losing in the league 11 times drawing 4 times and winning 23 times

it's clearly my tactics i know that but i don't want to download some super tactics i wanna work myself around these problems but i cant ...from the beginning i had problems whom to play up front rooney, tevez or berbatov....because rooney is good but sometimes he forgets to score for 3-4 games, tevez is scoring arround 25 or more in one season.but berbatov is a mystery to me sometimes he's my savior scoring a late goal but there are games when i whis he wouldn't be in my starting eleven

and now comes my second big problem transfers
