CaptainPlanet
There should be more information available towards minor knocks picked up during matches, especially if they are picked up before half-time. If a player is able to play on with a knock it would be good to know if it's muscular and therefor likely to further damage the injury, or if it's just a bump on the noggin in which case running repairs can be made and they're likely to be ok in a few days. Physios at most big clubs can easily make an assessment about whether a player can play on or not, surely they can give some info on what the injury actually is? MeLikeFM
yes i totally agree its so annoying when you take someone off and he has a chipped toenail or somethin stupid like that
CaptainPlanet
It's realistic and it would help in aiding the decision of whether to sub an injured player or not.
peter-evo
Totally agree, even the worst physio can tell you if the players injury is in his foot, hamstring or head. Has to be introduced in FM10.
shezza88
yeah, a must needed feature for fm10 great sugguestion (Y)
AB-forever
If a player picks up a knock you can go to his profile and it will say "has potential [insert bodypart here] injury"
CaptainPlanet
Yeah but "potential leg injury" there's a difference between a cut and a muscle tweak...
baker.simon
Or the assman now says if its an injury he can shake off in his atch reports. I like the idea though
drunkpunk
Fantastic idea, especially if it's linked with the Ass. Manager feedback.
Neopherus
Grand idea. I have wanted this ever since the first time I saw a player get a knock. Really unrealistic that you have to make the asessment pretty much yourself..
CaptainPlanet
Linking it to the assistant manager would be very good
Nomis07
Perhaos we could have the option to select "Physio report", when the player gets injured during the match. The physio could then give us an in match physio report. That way we can pick and choose what injuries we have assessed.
CaptainPlanet
Or expanded some more, a physio feedback widget similar to the assistant manager feedback one where it lists all of the players and their current assessment of them, ranging from tiredness to injury. Neji
I agree with this, it would be a simple add aswell I think. I like Nomis' idea, I don't think I'd want to mess about with widgets because you'd be opening and closing it if you just wanted to know about one player. SCIAG
This has been brought up a lot, and every time we get the same responce- it should be in. I agree with Nomis, it should be a "Physio Report" button or something similar.
CaptainPlanet
Shameless bump as this makes utter sense to have in the game and think we need more public support to get it implemented!
Lazaru5
I think the way it works now is fine. Perhaps the information available could be improved, but no need for overkill. I try to assess a players fitness from watching them myself, but sometimes they can *appear* to be OK but at the end of the game they're out for 6 weeks with a torn hamstring. If the injury is serious then they should be subbed, period. No manager expects a player to play on with a hamstring injury. "potential thigh injury" covers everything from a scratch to a break! More info please is my only ask.
tom_numbers
In case you don't know... On the assistant feedback screen, your assistant manager will let you know how severe the injury is, and will recommend whether you should take the player off. On the team motivation screen, the motivation will change accordingly, ie; Seems unaffected by knock, Wants to continue but is clearly struggling, Has a knock but should be okay, etc. Also, blast from the past with this thread? Blue_magic
Yes I have also seen that on the team motivation screen, I normally just see how the match is going so if I'm winning off he comes or if he isn't playing great then I take him off.

You can also tell watching the game if a player is struggling.
