LUFC-a-holic
How come staff don't need work permits? was just wondering, is it just something that SI have put in there to make the game more enjoyable, or is there some law? It just a little annoying when ya can sign an unknown brazillian physio without any problems but can't sign the next ronaldinho because he needs a wp. CrashOverride
Best explanation I can find is: The manager or first team coach must also: hold a UEFA professional licence or equivalent; or have managed or coached in a professional league for at least two of the last five years; or have managed or coached an international team with a FIFA ranking of 70th or higher within the last five years.
