donkeymullet
Had a look around and couldn't find an answer to this. If you're selling a player and have the after promotion clause, what are the exact guidelines of it? Does it expire if the player leaves (or at all)? Does it still apply if the club is relegated? Cavenagh
It'll apply so long as that transfer contract is in effect. If the club is relegated, then that clause will still stand. If the player leaves the club that they were sold to, then the clause is naturally void, as are all except for any sell-on percentage clauses. So long as the player remains at the club they've been sold to, all clauses will stand.
