I haven't experienced any of the issues at hand but I also don't pay a lot of attention to the Spanish league currently. My team is not likely to be delving into the Spanish market any time soon and very few Spanish clubs have coming looking at my players. I am sure that SI have acknowledged the 'bug' (according to Ter's post at the petition they have), and that they will do something about it. As for this thread, if it is about that issue is it really necessary? I think you are just stirring up a hornet's nest. The OP in the linked thread has gone about things the right way, with a well formatted and intelligently written post. You have posted a vague and uninformative post along with a waste of a poll. You could have posted on the petition thread is that was what you were referring to. Oh, in fact you did post there. Why did you post here too?
