Richie_Magpies
I had the task to finish comfortably in the Premier League, and I finished 7th, and the board was delighted all season. Now I just started a new season, and have asked to stay clear of Relegation. What the Hell?
crickie
yep i had a similar thing on my game. I was grimsby town and the board wanted me to stay clear of relegation and i finished 6th next season they wanted me to avoid relegation again!!! sometimes i feel that the board have low expectations. Richie_Magpies
Don't care much. Got Benzema on a free in 2013, and has scored 12 from 15. Ritchie Cook, a Regen, has scored 14 from 17, and last season scored 22 from 30.
Vane
There is an issue with Board expectations. For my first season in the Premier League with Leyton Orient the board wanted a respectable league position and cup success!!! At the end of the season, the Chairman was pleased that we had retained our place in the Premier League - that was far more realistic. So I've had that in addition to what you guys have had. Joshrobins13
I get this too, i managed derby and in the championship the board expected a respectable position, when it can to the start of the premiership season they wanted a respectable position again!!!! however maybe the board analyze the quality of your team because i did manage to finish 7th
Vane
I think you're right Josh. Unlike in real life, most people who manage to get a team promoted from the Championship have already managed to build it up to a standard that it will be very competitive in the Premier League....which means that it's too easy to attract Premier League quality players to Championship teams.
