chopper99 Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 I played my first '08 game with Man Utd and as long as you don't go crazy with signings and wages you should be fine. The money you lose over the season will be made back by winning either the Premier League or Champions League so unless you fail to win anything at all you shouldn't have to worry. trekman Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 Try and get rid of some of your biggest earners especially if you don't plan to use them. When I play as man united I always get rid of wes brown, michael carrick, louis saha & John O'shea. There are cheaper alternatives available for the players that play in these positions.
